The Cleveland-based Two Mile Moon makes melodic, high-energy songs rooted in ‘90s alt rock and power pop, and its upcoming album, Ego Death Metal , features a style that the band calls Pop Rock Extremism. The songs are framed through the lens of the singer, who uses the stage name Billy Flowers to reflect that he’s a fictional frontman from 1998 who’s still adjusting to the modern world.
