MT. BRYDGES – Ontario is providing more than $5 million to help connect more people in Elgin, Middlesex and London with primary care.

About 30 people were at the Southwest Middlesex Health Centre Wednesday morning for the announcement of a $5.3-million investment in the Thames Valley Family Health Team.

“Our government continues to build on our progress by investing $5.3 million this year to connect up to 12,675 people to primary care in Elgin-Middlesex-London,” area MPP and Municipal Affairs Minister Rob Flack said.

“This investment will support Thames Valley (Family) Health Team to provide care to local residents in partnership with eight family organizations, a community health centre and a family health team in the weeks and months ahead.”
