A 67-year-old man who went missing in Corona, prompting the activation of a Silver Alert, was located Thursday.

Milton Poe had last been seen around 2 a.m. Saturday at Temescal Canyon Road and Retreat Parkway, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.

According to the CHP, the alert was deactivated when Poe was located Wednesday.

The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled, or cognitively impaired individuals.
