An Everett man with a history of sex crimes was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for sex trafficking four females, prosecutors said Tuesday.
Trevor Jones, 47, was also sentenced to five years of supervision after his release from prison and ordered to pay $639,500 in restitution to his victims, the US attorney’s office for Massachusetts said in a statement.
Jones had been sentenced to state prison for two to five years in 2007 after he was convicted of deriving support from prostitution but resumed trafficking women almost immediately after completing his prison sentence, prosecutors said.
In May 2025, Jones pleaded guilty to four counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, the statement said.
Jones was arrested on related state charges in March 2023 and indicted b
