The Buffalo Bills are making some roster changes ahead of this week's trip to Chicago for a joint practice and preseason game against the Bears.

The Bills are signing 6-foot-2, 254-pound defensive end Nelson Ceaser. The DE is in his second season in the league and signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2024. Ceaser spent time earlier this year in the UFL with the DC Defenders and San Antonio Brahamas.

Prior to going pro, Ceaser had a five-year collegiate career at Houston and had a breakout season in 2023 where he was named First-team All-Big 12 after recording 9.5 sacks and 13.5 tackles for a loss.

In a corresponding transaction, Bills WR Jalen Virgil and DE Justin Hollins were waived/injured.
