A young Minnesota woman has accused a Buffalo Wild Wings server of following her to the washroom and forcing her to “prove” she is a girl.
Gerika Mudra, 18, has filed a discrimination complaint against the restaurant alleging an employee trailed her to the bathroom and wouldn’t stop harassing her until the teen unzipped her hoodie to “prove” she is female.
On Tuesday, Gender Justice filed a charge of discrimination with the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR) on behalf of the high school student, according to a press release from the nonprofit.
Mudra, a lesbian who is not transgender, according to NBC News , was eating at the restaurant chain’s Owatonna location when she got up to use the bathroom.
In a video released by Gender Justice, the teen said the server followed her
