• The hero D.C. needs, but not the one it deserves: The man seen on a viral video slinging a Subway sandwich at a federal law enforcement officer has been charged with a felony. Sean Charles Dunn is facing a charge of assaulting a police officer following the Aug. 10 incident on 14th Street NW. Dunn is seen on the video screaming “fuck you!” and “you fucking fascists” at officers standing on a street corner. After several minutes of ranting and raving, Dunn winds up and hurls what appears to be a wrapped and uneaten sub sandwich, striking U.S. Customs and Border Patrol Agent Gregory Lairmore in the chest.
