WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — A Houston County man who was accused of purchasing sex from a 13-year-old girl pleaded guilty to trafficking, according to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr's Office.
They say Noe Hernandez, 43, was in the U.S. on asylum when he is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old in a Warner Robins motel. Hernandez is originally from Mexico, the press release said.
The Attorney General's Office says that Hernandez entered a guilty plea last Thursday.
Hernandez is among the four people charged with either purchasing or trafficking the child in an investigation headed by the Georgia Attorney General's Office's Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit.
