High pressure over the Great Lakes will lower rain chances for the rest of the workweek and start of the weekend. Temperatures are going to quickly jump back into the 90s by Friday and into the mid-90s for Saturday and Sunday. This will be the warmest weekend of the year so far and the humidity will make it feel even hotter during peak heating with heat index values above 100° on Saturday and Sunday. There is another stretch of dry weather through the weekend with only a weak storm chance Sunday afternoon.
