Residents at the Crossing Apartments in Fort Oglethorpe said property managers are ignoring their calls for help after Tuesday night's flooding forced more than 80 residents to evacuate.
Catoosa County spokesperson John Pless confirmed Thursday that 10 of the complex's 25 buildings are currently unlivable.
The property, run by Perseverance Management, must be inspected by certified electricians before restoring power to the damaged buildings.
Servepro and Flush Fellas were at the complex Thursday removing water and cleaning the drainage system.
Overwhelmingly, residents tell Local 3 that they are not receiving any communication from the property. When asked on-site, staff said they are not ready to make a statement at this time, but have been working daily.
