Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins has gotten a massive break in his case following his arrest.
The second-round pick was picked up by police in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in July on charges of touch strike/battery/domestic violence. However, prosecutors have decided not to charge him formally.
According to Andy Slater of FOX Sports, prosecutors opted not to proceed with the matter due to several factors, including the timing of the report, the lack of video evidence, and the absence of independent witnesses.
Slater noted that there were videos that came out during the timeframe that did not show the alleged victim bearing any injuries.
