A Greater Cincinnati author, Jim Serger, is dedicating his life to telling people’s stories from that tragic day in America.
On Thursday, WLWT was joined by Serger and Steve Breitfelder, a Cincinnati assistant fire chief and retired Air Force colonel, who talked more about it.
