Whose fault is the big National Grid rate hike? Let the finger

Syracuse, N.Y. – Not long after members of the Public Service Commission congratulated themselves Thursday for paring back National Grid’s rate increase , Gov. Kathy Hochul put out a statement chiding them for not cutting enough.

Because, as you may have heard, Hochul is a champion of affordability.
