Two rival shooters accused of trying to gun each other down in Brooklyn before NYPD officers responded to the scene were hit with federal firearms charges, the Daily News learned Thursday.
Video footage of the incident obtained by police shows one of the alleged gunmen, Aaron Richard, 35, walking and talking with another man on a scooter Tuesday near the east side of Ocean Ave. and Church Ave. in Flatbush, according to court documents. Richard then punched the other man, Edynesson Bauduy, 22, in the face, prompting him to draw a gun and fire at Richard, according to the documents.
In response, Richard promptly pulled a gun from his shorts pocket and blasted back at Bauduy.
