WESTFIELD — The Colts are still searching for an answer to the most important battle of training camp.

Indianapolis head coach Shane Steichen has not set a timetable to name a starting quarterback.

But as the Colts break the Grand Park portion of training camp, it is clear time is drawing thin for a winner to emerge between Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones.

“We’ll work through that,” Steichen said. “We obviously had today, we’ve got a preseason game, we’ve got some practices next week, and we’ll work through that. Again, I don’t have an exact timetable on it, but sooner than later would be nice.”

Jones will start Saturday’s game against Green Bay, play a couple of series and then give way to Richardson, who will play most of the first half in an inversion of the Ravens preseason g
