Frankie Montas wasn’t happy with the Mets’ decision to remove him from the starting rotation, but it’s not going to negatively affect him when his name is called out of the bullpen, either.

Speaking for the first time since the announcement was made that top prospect Nolan McLean would be taking his spot in the rotation , Montas expressed his feelings regarding the change.
