Florida prosecutors declined to pursue charges against Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins following an alleged domestic incident last month in Fort Lauderdale.

Judkins was arrested on July 12 on a misdemeanor domestic violence and battery charge after he allegedly struck a woman with a closed fist near her chin and lip while in a vehicle, and then later struck her in the left arm and thigh.

The alleged incident happened five days before it was reported to the police.
