Family and friends of a man who was stabbed to death on a San Francisco Muni platform last month faced disappointment in court Thursday as the arraignment for the man accused in the slaying was delayed for a third time.

The mother of 29-year-old Colden Kimber and his girlfriend and other loved ones left the courtroom without speaking much, but in court one of them said "that's disappointing" when defense attorney Bill Fazio successfully delayed the arraignment for his client, 28-year-old Sean Wei Collins.

"This case isn't going to happen quickly, and my client's not going anywhere," Fazio said. "He's not going to be released out of custody."

Fazio just signed on to defend Collins, who's charged with killing Kimber on a Muni platform at Ocean and Lee avenues in the afternoon of July 26.
