WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) — Maurice Cox frequents a Phillips 66 on Harry and Rock, but what he witnessed on Wednesday, he had never seen before and he says he will never forget it.

“It was very traumatizing. I think about that-my little brothers and sisters walk down this same street,” said Cox.
