And this time, that’s true: Emily Blunt ’s character Emily Charlton has made a drastic change to her appearance in The Devil Wears Prada 2 , as she was spotted on the New York City set sporting a brand new platinum blonde look.

In the Aug. 14 pictures of the film shoot, the 42-year-old debuted the bright shoulder-length hairdo with dark roots, pairing the new hairstyle with black Dior sunglasses and red lips to match her black-and-red Coach sweater and silver chainmail tie. She also donned a black Maison Margiela skirt with black tights, completing the look with a pair of platform loafers by Gianvito Rossi.

But despite her new blonde makeover, that’s not to say Emily has said goodbye to her character’s signature red hair for good. J
