The Aug. 2 death of a 45-year-old Harlem man — found in the Bronx with a head injury — has been ruled a homicide by a city pathologist, cops said Thursday.
Cops found Ercel Williams unconscious near North St. and Davidson Ave. in Fordham around 9:13 p.m. EMS rushed Williams to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide. An investigation is underway by the NYPD.
