PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting in Center City on Thursday night.

It happened just before 10 p.m. at 13th and Locust streets.

Police say a 22-year-old man was shot in the arm. He was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

According to Chief Inspector Scott Small, the victim told police he was minding his own business when he was shot while standing on the corner.

Two shell casings were found at the scene.

No arrests have been made.
