TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - On Friday, Thomasville and Brooks County kickoff the football season with their sixth-straight “War on 84” clash; WCTV’s game of the week.
Just a half hour drive separate these rival schools, but the on-field competition is even closer for the non-region opponents.
Over the last two seasons, Thomasville has started strong by beating the Trojans in the opener by multiple scores. The Bulldogs enter 2025 with their highest expectations in years and as the rivalry shifts back to the Rose City, the Bulldogs have no plan except to put the state on notice making it three straight against the Trojans.
