The family of a man who died in a road rage incident believes a plea deal offered to the 18-year-old man charged will keep him free.
Stan Hasty, 61, died after he was punched on the night of June 4 in a road rage incident at the Dundalk-Baltimore City line.
Police said Hasty got into a road rage argument with Simpson’s girlfriend and mother near the intersection of Dundalk Avenue and O’Donnell Street. Police charging documents obtained by 11 News indicate Hasty instructed the others to follow him to a gas station.
Surveillance video shows three people walking up to Hasty. Jayden Simpson, 18, is seen in the video punching Hasty once in the face, causing him to fall and hit his head on the asphalt, police said.
