CINCINNATI (WXIX) - Kings Island announced a slate of new attractions, but they come with price tags separate from season passes , causing some pass holders to feel like they’re not getting what they paid for.
Each year, Elora Chapman of Kansas City visits Kings Island’s Halloween Haunt for her birthday and usually, she said it’s paid for with her All Parks Pass.
“It’s something that was going to be included, and now it’s a month away from the event, and it’s extra money,” she said.
But this year, it’s extra and she said she won’t make the trip.
“It just kind of devalues our pass a little bit when you feel like you’ve got your whole day paid for, and then there’s all these added prices you have to pay for,” Chapman explained.
