CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- 4-star University of Miami commit Israel Briggs has transferred to Clovis High School.
The senior tight end was practicing with the Cougars early Thursday morning.
Clovis High officials tell Action News they're still in the process of submitting his paperwork to the section office to get him cleared to play games.
Last year, Briggs played at Mount Whitney High School and this off-season, he was enrolled at Redwood High.
If Briggs' paperwork were to go through, Clovis High would have three D-I commits on its offense
Quarterback Deagan Rose is committed to Oregon State and running back Maddox Merrill is committed to Fresno State.
