HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — Rain chances are expected to start Friday, and the Texas Department of Transportation shared some important reminders for driving in rainy conditions.
TxDOT is asking drivers not to forget the following words: "Turn Around, Don't Drown!" The release states the following:
