Waterloo, Ill. (First Alert 4) - After a celebratory Fourth of July in Waterloo, Illinois, people now tell First Alert 4 that they feel left high and dry.
This past July 3rd and 4th was the first year of Red, White and Blue in the Loo.
Vendors and performers said trying to get answers has led to a dead end.
“As far as me getting paid, I don’t see that happening,” said Greg Woolley of Short Fuze Fireworks. “I’ve tried and tried a few different ways and she keeps saying I’ll get it to you, I’ll get it to you and then now it’s you’re not going to get paid because you talked to too many different people.”
