Storehouse Community Hub Society has launched yet another program.

Storehouse, formerly the Cloverdale Community Kitchen, is now providing catering services.

Marty Jones, executive director of Storehouse, chatted about the new initiative Aug. 12 at the Cloverdale District Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon.

Storehouse catered the food for the event—one of it’s first catering gigs—held at Cloverdale Station and hosted by the Fraser Valley Heritage Rail Society.

“We’ve launched a new program called, ‘Lunch With Purpose,’” Jones told those in attendance. “We do small catering events like this and we also do large catering events.”

He said the initiative is yet one more way Storehouse can raise funds to help provide for those in need in both Cloverdale
