WHEELING — Craft beers, music and merriment are on tap Saturday with the return of Mountaineer Brewfest to Wheeling’s Heritage Port.
The 11th annual Brewfest, presented by Wheeling Island Hotel-Casino-Racetrack, welcomes craft brewers from across West Virginia, all to benefit local nonprofits. To date, the event has raised more than $267,000 with matching tips generated by Circus Saints & Sinners.
This year’s beneficiary is the House of the Carpenter, headquartered on Wheeling Island.
