Ex-Celtic goalkeeper Benjamin Siegrist claims he felt betrayed by the club after 'squandering' a year of his career on the sidelines.
The Swiss shot-stopper was brought in by Ange Postecoglou in 2022 from Dundee United to act as backup to number one Joe Hart.
He managed just a handful of outings for the Hoops during his first campaign before dropping to third choice under Brendan Rodgers.
Siegrist had a frank discussion with Rodgers during the Irishman's initial summer back at Parkhead and was informed he could seek alternative employment elsewhere.
