OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - A motorcyclist died Thursday night from injuries sustained in a head-on crash in Oconee County.

The Oconee County Coroner's Office responded after 8 p.m. to the fatal two-vehicle crash on Highway 183 in Walhalla. Investigators pronounced the 49-year-old motorcyclist dead at the scene.

No other injuries have been reported.

The victim's identity has not been released at this time.

The crash remains under investigation by the SC Highway Patrol.
