REHOBOTH, Mass. (WLNE) — It’s now been a week since a pregnant teen in Rehoboth was reported missing.

Police say 18-year-old Kylee Monteiro is six feet tall, with light brown hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen near County Street.

State and local police searched the area near Reservoir Avenue for hours Wednesday.

ABC6 spoke with Kylee’s sister , who said she’s trying to stay hopeful during such a difficult time.

“I have so many theories just like everybody else. It’s a lot of speculation. We really don’t know what happened so we just have to let the police do their job,” said Faith Monteiro.

Monteiro had been living at a homeless shelter for pregnant women in Pembroke, Massachusetts for the past few weeks.
