Much-loved Scottish singer Lewis Capaldi has revealed how he was never intending to make a comeback but realised he was living a lifestyle he could no longer afford.

The star, who is back in the charts with his huge new single Survive and making headlines after his surprise return to Glastonbury Festival , joined Heart Scotland Breakfast with Des Clarke, Adele and Grado for a typically hilarious chat about his comeback to music on Friday, August 15.

After Grado asked him if he always knew his big comeback was going to be Glastonbury, Lewis joked: "Well, I didn’t know if I would come back to begin with. But a year in I realised that I’m living a lifestyle that I can’t afford."
