Locals in and around Glasgow were left "shocked" after spotting Elon Musk's starlink satellites flying over the sky following a series of launches in Florida and California.
Footage and pictures shared with Glasgow Live show the line of bright lights in the sky as the SpaceX satellites were hurled into space.
The California launch lifted off shortly after 1am (EDT) on Thursday carrying 24 satellites. Meanwhile, the Florida launch happened at around 8.30am (EDT) with 28 satellites.
And despite the launch being thousands of miles away, locals in Lanarkshire and Glasgow managed to capture some of the action.
Stacy Meldrum, from East Kilbride, was walking her dog when she saw the spectacle.
