CLEVELAND, Ohio – Blue Point Grille has scheduled a chef’s wine dinner featuring Huneeus Vintners ’ Matthew Schneider.
The dinner, which is 5:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8, will be hosted in the restaurant’s atrium and balcony with dishes from Chef Brian Moses.
Schneider will guide guests through the wine pairings and discuss the story behind the line’s labels, which include Flowers Vineyard & Winery, The Pact and Quintessa.

• Passed appetizers: Cabernet-whipped goat-cheese tartlets, dressed oyster shooters. Wine: Illumination Sauvignon Blanc.
• Dish: Ricotta bruschetta roasted squash, arugula, lemon. Wine: Flowers Chardonnay.
• Dish: Seared duck breast, grilled peaches, saffron glaze, herb salad. Wine: Flowers Sea View Ridge Pinot Noir.
