JACKSON, Mich. (WILX) - The Jackson Pride Center will be hosting its annual PrideFest on Saturday, August 16.

The event will begin with a pride walk that starts at the Consumers Energy Plaza and ends at Horace Blackman Park.

The park will have other events and activities, including drag performances, live music, food trucks, and a kids’ section.

The event will start at 2 p.m. and go until 8 p.m. at Jackson, W Michigan Ave & S Jackson St, Blackman Park, in Jackson.
