In Mafia: The Old Country, Trinacria are the little metal symbols scattered across the island. The three-legged plates are usually found on tables in random buildings or stuck to walls, and often out of reach. You can exchange each Trinacria for dinari at Pasquale's Store, just north of San Celeste.
