PHILADELPHIA — Cleveland Browns linebacker Devin Bush has a trial date set for his domestic violence case in Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.

A date of Dec. 2 at 9 a.m. was set on Aug. 14 for Bush in front of Judge Bruce R. Beemer in Pittsburgh. His pre-trial conference , which he was not required to attend, was Aug. 15 at 9 a.m.

Bush, 27, is facing charges of simple assault, a second-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, which is a summary offense. The pre-trial conference involved Bush's attorney and the district attorney's representative.

The initial stages were conducted in front of Magisterial District Judge Giuseppe Rosselli in Aleppo Township District Court in suburban Pittsburgh. Those concluded when Bush waived his preliminary hearing in June.
