FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man from Colorado is charged in connection with a murder in Franklin County.

Zachary J. Pankonin, 40, of Julesburg, Colorado, is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of Jared Bodine.

Bodine, 46, died after being found unresponsive lying in the driveway of a home in the 1300 block of Finney Road in Robersville on July 18. Authorities said he had been shot.
