OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) - A Blue Springs man pleaded guilty in connection with a deadly overdose.
The Johnson County DA’s office announced Joseph T. Miller , 34, pleaded guilty to distribution of drugs causing death.
Court documents allege that Miller sold a controlled substance to Mason Findley on Aug. 20, 2024. Findley ultimately died in Johnson County, Kan., after taking the drugs.
Miller is scheduled to be sentenced October 8.
