ENTERPRISE, Kan. (KSNW) -- A disabled veteran has been accused of trading in child pornography and sexual exploitation of a child.

The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says they began an investigation of Ryan Roth, 38, of Enterprise, after receiving tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. A search warrant was executed at his home in April. Additional search warrants and an arrest warrant were issued for Roth, who was taken into custody on Thursday.

Roth made his first appearance in Dickinson County Court on Friday morning, where he was formally charged with 14 counts of Aggravated Internet Trading in Child Pornography and 18 counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child.

Court records show that Roth is unemployed and receives disability payments from the Department
