LIVINGSTON, Tenn. (WSMV) - Two Overton County men have been charged after they allegedly created and distributed child sexual abuse material, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

TBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Squad began investigating in July after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding sexual exploitation of a minor.

The investigation led special agents to 20-year-old Payton York and 22-year-old Perrion Cruz, both of Livingston. York and Cruz are now accused of creating and distributing photos and videos of minors engaging in sex acts, TBI said.
