HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A 19-year-old man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for drug charges stemming from two arrests earlier this year, the Fifteenth Circuit Solicitor's Office said on Friday.
Marquice Young, of Myrtle Beach, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl. His two 10-year sentences will run concurrently.
Young was arrested on March 8, and again on March 21, by Horry County police officers. On both occassions, he had "large quantities of fentanyl," the solicitor's office said.
