HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) -- A three-vehicle crash left two people hospitalized with injuries Thursday afternoon in the Aynor area, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.

Crews responded at 5:03 p.m. to Valley Forge Road and Green Sea Road, where the crash had lanes of traffic blocked.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the crash, and the Horry County Police Department is assisting.
