GRAY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee will host a food drive at the Appalachian Fair on Tuesday.

Donations can be dropped off from 3 - 10 p.m. at the Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray. Those who bring five cans or boxes of non-perishable food to donate will receive a coupon booklet for two free midway rides.

Volunteers will collect donations at Gates 1,2 and 5 and at the Second Harvest Booth in Exhibit Building 3.

Non-perishable food items are welcome, including the following: • Peanut butter • Cereal • Canned meats, soups • Boxed meals • Canned fruits, vegetables • Macaroni & cheese • Pasta, rice, dried beans • Canned pasta sauce (no glass containers)
