AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) - The GBI has arrested and charged the husband of the Richmond County solicitor over an incident that erupted during a property dispute.
Eric Loggins, 53, was arrested after turning himself in on Friday. He faces one count of terroristic threats and acts and one count of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
He’s the husband of Omeeka Loggins, the elected solicitor who prosecutes misdemeanor cases in Richmond County.
