NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - There are currently four housing markets where you can buy a mansion for under $1 million, according to a new report by Zillow.

The report says the median mansion is worth more than $1.4 million nationwide. However, in the Buffalo, Indianapolis, Cleveland and Memphis markets, the median mansion is less than $1 million.

You can also find a “starter mansion” or an “entry-level 5,000-square-foot home” for less than half a million.

Zillow defined a median mansion as ” a home with at least 5,000 square feet of finished living space."

These are the average prices you can find for median and starter mansions in those four markets:

Buffalo:

Indianapolis:

Median - $965,500, Starter - $769,300
