CLARK COUNTY, Ark. – A Clark County man was sentenced to 90 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections on Friday for charges surrounding his possession and creation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Clark County Prosecutor Dan Turner said 33-year-old Ethan Tanner Fagan of Amity received the sentence after pleading guilty to 30 counts of CSAM. He also pleaded guilty to the production of CSAM using artificial intelligence and promotion of CSAM.

Turner said the guilty plea was the result of a tip forwarded by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children to the Arkansas State Police on April 27, 2024. This led to an investigation by the ASP and Clark County Sheriff Jason Watson, who found the CSAM.
