ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is set to unveil exciting new exhibits and activities at the Minnesota State Fair from August 21 to September 1.

Fairgoers can explore these new features alongside the annual favorites at the DNR's historic log building and surrounding grounds. This year, visitors can check out the Breaking Barriers accessibility exhibit, which showcases resources designed to make Minnesota's public lands more accessible.

Additionally, an interactive display by Minnesota Conservation Volunteer Magazine will feature the songs of native birds. The fire prevention cabin has been revamped, offering new displays and a chance to snap a photo with Smokey Bear against a night sky backdrop.
